Midnight Marked (Chicagoland Vampires #12) by Chloe Neill
From Goodreads:
As the Chicagoland Vampires series continues, Merit and Ethan find themselves in a deadly game of cat-and-mouse, where winning may require the ultimate sacrifice...
A vampire’s grudges don’t stay dead long...
Merit is one of Chicago's most skilled vampire warriors; these days, she doesn't scare easily. But she and Master vampire Ethan have made a new and powerful enemy, and he won't give up until he owns the Windy City.
With his last plan thwarted, he's more determined than ever to watch Cadogan burn. Ethan has put the House's vampires on high alert, but their enemy will stop at nothing, including pitting vampire against vampire...
In this deadly game of cat-and-mouse, the stakes are life or death—and winning might mean sacrificing everything...
I cannot believe the second to last book in this series is here. If you haven't read/started this series, no better time than the present! I cannot stress the amazingness of this series and, of course, MEthan !!!!! ♥♥♥
Megan's from Reading Books Like a Boss used to do this Sunday Morning Book Chat that I LOVED! Maybe if we all beg her, she will give us some new episodes! I've linked to all 15 of them above.
MUST LISTEN!

I am SO BEHIND on Chicagoland Vampires series!!! AH!
ReplyDeleteLove Megan and her video! I haven't read the Chicagoland Vampires series (shocking for this vamp lover), but I'm almost ready to get back into my paranormal bookshelf. I'm missing my shifters and vampires, and other worldly characters.
ReplyDeleteOmg Making A Murderer season 2!!!! I can't wait and I love those memes! Ha!
ReplyDeleteThe Making a Murderer memes are hilarious! I've done a pretty good job of resisting that show so far, but I'm not sure how long I can hold out!
ReplyDeleteFun memes! I need to get caught up on the Chicagoland series!
ReplyDeleteAwwww, Eva! I promise I will get back to it soon after work doesn't feel like a ball of terribleness. I miss doing them. Thank you so much for including me. Perhaps I will do one soon JUST FOR YOU! <3

ReplyDeleteI can't believe this series is almost over.
I used to love watching Megan's videos, I hope she does more of them.
OMG, no. I can't watch shows like that but I've heard it's crazy!
The Sunday Morning Book Chat was so fun! I usually don't really check out booktubers, but I just might get into watching their vlogs now. Megan seems awesome, and the format somewhat reminds me of Tea Time.
