Review: Announcing Trouble by Amy Fellner Dominy

Blurb from Goodreads:
I may know everything there is to know about baseball, but that doesn’t mean I have to like it. Or like him. Garrett Reeves: sidelined player and the embodiment of everything I’ve learned to hate about baseball. He’s gorgeous, he’s cocky, he’s laser-focused on getting back in the game, no matter the cost.

When he convinces me to call games alongside him, our chemistry heats up the booth. We’re good together, whether I want to admit it or not. I’m finding that I like baseball again, but even worse, I’m liking Garrett. A lot.

But when he has to decide between our future and a new shot at his dreams, I know baseball will win out every time.
My Review:
I haven't loved a YA book as much as I did this one in at least a few years! I didn't realize that I had read (and enjoyed) other books by this author until after I finished this one and looked her up but now I am excited for more.  I also have to say that if this Entangled Crush imprint continues on this route, I will be very, very happy. If you like contemporary YA or even sports romance, you will love this one - such a good story, such well developed characters and just feel-good first love!

Announcing Trouble comes out next month on August 5, 2019, you can purchase HERE!  I cannot wait for more from this author and from Entangled Crush!!
For a cold day in hell, it's unseasonably warm.
I squint against the sun, but unfortunately that doesn't change the view of what's ahead--or the fact that I'm heading there of my own free will. A baseball field. The one place I swore I'd never step foot again.

Review: The Lost Letters from Martha's Vineyard by Michael Callahan

The Lost Letters from Martha's Vineyard by Michael Callahan Blurb from Goodreads : A tantalizing novel of two women bound by blood but divided by a long-buried secret, and the island that holds the key to the fateful summer that changed everything forever. In 1959, Hollywood ingenue Mercy Welles seems to have the world at her feet. Far removed from her Nebraska roots, she has crafted herself into a glamorous Oscar-nominated actress engaged to an up-and-coming director… Until she shockingly vanishes without a trace, just as her career is taking off. Almost sixty years later, Kit O’Neill, a junior television producer in Manhattan, is packing up her recently deceased grandmother’s attic, only to discover a long-lost box of souvenirs that reveal that the grandmother who raised her and her sister Claire was, in fact, the mysterious Mercy Welles.
